Short documentary film "Cellophane" by Khukhua Tornike is selected to Living Skies Student Film Festival, starting on March 2, 2017. For the film it will be the North American premiere.

Earlier "Cellophane" was screened at Moscow International Festival and "Black & White Rainbow" in Togliatti. The international premiere of the film took place at Madurai Film Festival in India, and then the film was screened at Hak-İş Short Film Festival in Turkey and Asia International (Wenzhou) Youth Short-Film Exhibition in China.
The Department of Film at the University of Regina offers the only BFA Film production program in Canada between the Great Lakes and the Pacific Ocean. Film students at the University of Regina have been organising a film festival since 1988 and in 2012 the festival was re-named the Living Skies Student Film Festival. The 2016 edition received more than 1700 submissions from more than 70 countries.
