ABOUT THE DIRECTOR:
Nikita Tikhonov-Rau was born on 20.08.1980 in Moscow. Producer and CEO of ARTVIDEO Studio. Vice-president of Russian Documentary Guild since 2012.
He got the first higher education in Academy of Foreign Trade in the sphere of copyright of audiovisual works. Several years he worked in the field of advertizing.
In 2005 he graduated from Higher Courses of Scriptwriters and Film Directors (VKSR). He actively cooperates with Russian Channel One and TV-channel “Culture”.
In 2010 together with Olga Arlauskas he founded ARTVIDEO Studio, producing documentaries on keen scientific, ethical and social issues. By 2015 the company has made more than 30 documentaries for leading Russian TV channels and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
