"CinePromo" International Short Film Festival has announced the program 2017. The live screenings will be held in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Yekaterinburg, Surgut and Samara (Russia) on December 21 - 27, 2017.
There will be 3 prizes: Best Russiam Short Film, Best Foreign Short Film and Special Jury Mention.
