The video project "2020" is an attempt to understand and feel what is happening in 2020 through the art forms of dance and video. The film is the result of a collaboration between prima ballerina Diana Vishneva, choreographer Pavel Glukhov and director Katya Telegina.

Director’s statement

I had to find a video that would be a key to the dance, which was created in parallel with my search. The project was very lively and constantly changing. The main theme has become the theme of transformation, which occurs both in the space and the environment inside every person, and from the internal changes of the soul which transcend external ones, like the transformation that happened to all of us last year.


ABOUT THE FILM DIRECTOR:

Katya Telegina was born on 28.03.1983 in Omsk (Siberia, Russia). Graduated from Film and Television Studies Interviews and The Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK).
