Director’s statement
I have always been very interested in history, especially Russian history of the Soviet period; for me it is the most mysterious and terrible period of time for our country. Unfortunately, all the information about this time is still not available for us.
I have shot this film to understand what the people who led the revolution were like, what was their guide in making decisions, what was their business, what they were willing to do for the party.
I have answered many questions for myself, and many questions are still not answered, but one thing is clear: this generation is an outgoing civilization. You can treat this period differently, but this is our history, which we should know and remember.
