Director’s statement
The film was shot to draw attention to the catastrophe, which seems to many people in the distant past. In fact, its consequences will still be there for our grandchildren, too. But what is it that prevents the residents of contaminated areas from abandoning everything and moving to the Clean Zone? This is what I have tried to find out.
ABOUT THE FILM DIRECTOR:
Yuliya Rytik in 1995 in Klintsy, Bryansk region. In 2015 entered the Institute of Cinema and Television (GITR) as a film director.
