Director’s statement
It was important for me to shoot this story, as it is based on a real event from my own life. Sometimes our life choices cause us to “grow up” prematurely, but we're not always ready for the change. Expecting one thing, we actually get something completely different.
ABOUT THE FILM DIRECTOR:
Hrant Varzhapetyan was born on 29.05.2000 in Yerevan, Armenia. In 2022 graduated from the The Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography, a.k.a. VGIK as a film director (workshop of A.K. Kott, V.K. Kott and A.V. Fenchenko). To date, he has directed five short films based on original scripts. He also acted as a director and co-author of the script for the series «Friendzone".
