Director’s statement
Once, I was in a café with my buddy who works with people with hearing impairments. He said a simple thought: "They feel like foreigners". This thought stuck in my mind, and a few days later, I felt like I wanted to create a social ad with a simple message that people with hearing impairments are not disabled, they just don't speak our language.
ABOUT THE FILM DIRECTOR:
Shamil Agaev was born on 18.05.1992 in Urengoy, the Russian Federation. Graduated from the Tyumen State University. He wrote stories and filmed videos from his childhood. After time he realized that it’s not just a hobby. He found himself in writing and directing.
