In Anga village of Irkutsk region (on the birthplace of Saint Innocent, Apostle of Siberia and America) a temple is being built in the memory of the famous countryman. In Anchorage (USA) such a temple has been standing … for more than half a century. And indigenous people (the Aleutians) that were baptized by Saint Innocent in the 19th century not just live as Christians but also propagate Christianity among non-believers both Americans and ... Russians. Shot as a biography with the elements of essay the film tells how Christianity returns to Anga village through Alaska, that has been lost territorially but not spiritually.
