The film character Olga Bunina never cries, although her fate was cruel to her: on the way to the civil register office as a result of a car accident her fiancé died. She miraculously survived, but became wheelchair-bound. The character from the South Ural settlement amazes with an invincible strength of spirit: Olga Bunina is a thirteen-time armwrestling world champion among athletes with musculoskeletal disorders and the strongest woman on the planet. During the fight, she makes her signature roar, which makes many people lose the desire to fight with her. However, under the guise of severe armwrestler there is a kind and gentle spirit: Olga brings up four children (three of them are adopted) and works as an instructor in the village gym. Her disciples, people with disabilities, rightly consider Olga their second mother. She has helped those at the low ebb, she changed their lives and helped them to believe in themselves. ABOUT THE DIRECTOR:
Alexander Zinenko was born on 17.01.1962 in Moscow, Russia. In 1986 graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University as a translator. He is a journalist and television documentary, has been working on television since 1990. In 1998 founded the “Profession Reporter” television program on NTV, which became one of the most popular television projects on Russian television. In 2000 his film “Dreams of the Overseer” from the cycle “Profession Reporter” was awarded the TEFI Prize in the nomination “Journalistic Program”. Author and presenter of the documentary series “Once Upon a Time in Russia”, “The Ideal Victim”, “Enemies of the People” on NTV.
